Gelato

Gelato is a freshly-made, Italian style of ice-cream. It originated in Italy and it traces its origins back to the earliest of civilizations. During the Renaissance, it was further developed and improved by modern technology yet it remains deeply rooted in Italy’s rich culinary tradition.

It is made with less cream than ice cream, contains no egg, and is less whipped to be creamier and heavier, allowing each flavor to coat one’s pallet and invigorate tastebuds unlike most desserts.

Today, freshly-made gelato is appreciated worldwide and is recognized as one of the highest quality desserts by selective food lovers worldwide.
