Here at Gelotti Ice Cream, we welcome the challege of combining great products with our fresh delicious desserts. This week Spodee challenged us to make a delicious frozen treat with their Spodee hard wine. We took the red wine Spodee and combined it in our sorbetto base. We added hints of vanilla as well as a splash of cream to make the product smooth and creamy. After we froze the batch we sprinkled in chocolate chips to play off of the under tones of chocolate in the Spodee drink. So come try this delicious and playful take of an already great tasting cocktail!
